Beta Notice

1. Current Status

Complaintr is currently in beta. The platform is open for evaluation and feedback while we continue building its core systems. It is not ready for production or critical day-to-day use.

2. What This Means

During the beta period, please keep the following in mind:

• Use non-sensitive test data: Only use data that can be safely changed, removed, or recreated. Do not store confidential information or your only copy of important records in Complaintr.
• Expect the product to change: Features, integrations, limits, and behavior may change as we learn from beta usage. Service interruptions may also occur while we improve the platform.
• Keep production workflows elsewhere: Do not depend on Complaintr for production systems, customer-facing operations, or business-critical complaint management during the beta period.
